Here several site which offer PTR (paid to read email) program. I have join this program and till this time they still pay.
Making money from paid to read email programs takes time. You won't see any money instantly. Depending on how aggressively you promote and build referrals you will start to see some income in 1 to 2 months. It will take 6 months to a year to build a good income from this. The most important thing is to not quit and keep working at it.
